We are looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Recruiter based in Mexico to join our talent acquisition team.
The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing, identifying, and hiring top-tier IT professionals for various technical roles.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure we attract and hire the best talent while maintaining a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify, engage, and attract IT professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative sourcing techniques.End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, reference checks, and making offers.Candidate Screening: Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the organization.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring excellent communication and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics, providing regular updates and strategic insights.Market Research: Stay up-to-date with trends in the IT industry, compensation, and candidate expectations in Mexico and the LATAM region.Diversity Hiring: Drive initiatives to improve diversity in hiring by sourcing from underrepresented groups.Reporting & Analytics: Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness to improve recruitment efficiency.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field.Experience: 4+ years of proven experience as a recruiter, ideally with a focus on IT/technical roles in Mexico or LATAM.Skills & Tools: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
Experience with various tech stacks is a plus (e.G., Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud).Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Problem-Solving: Strong ability to assess and solve recruitment challenges in a competitive market.Cultural Fit: Understanding of Mexican business culture and ability to work effectively with remote teams across regions.Preferred Qualifications:Experience recruiting for multinational tech companies or startups.Familiarity with hiring processes for various IT domains such as software development, cybersecurity, data science, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure.Knowledge of compensation structures, benefits packages, and labor laws in Mexico.#J-18808-Ljbffr
