We deliver world class services to Fortune-500 companies, as well as other publicly-traded and multinational companies.**Key Responsibilities**- As a Recruitment Consultant you will become an expert, recruiting in headhunting across various technical and IT roles mid level to senior roles.- Successfully achieving your targets and KPI's specific to your desk within this results-orientated business.- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs for each role and the qualifications neededfor success.- Achieve monthly hiring goals and recruit top talent.- Networking in industry, sector and specialism and become an expert in market or region.**Qualifications**- 5 years' experience in IT or non-IT recruitment or agency recruitment.- Confident, articulate manner on telephone and great interpersonal skills, high communication and convincing- skills and enthusiast, driven and results orientated.- Organised and methodical approach to work.- High-volume cold calling appointment setting or lead generation experience.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Desirable experience in staffing or recruitment industry.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractWork Remotely:- Yes
