Job DescriptionNetwork Monitoring and AnalysisMonitor OT networks and systems for security breaches, performance issues, and operational anomalies.Utilize security information and event management (SIEM) tools to analyze security alerts and logs.Conduct real-time analysis of incidents and escalate issues according to defined protocols.Incident Response and MitigationLead the investigation and response to security incidents within OT environments.Implement and coordinate incident containment, eradication, and recovery measures.Document and report on incidents, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for future prevention.Security Implementation and ManagementDevelop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines for OT networks.Deploy and manage security tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDPS), and endpoint protection solutions.Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of OT systems and data.Compliance and Risk ManagementConduct risk assessments and vulnerability analysis for OT environments.Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, NERC CIP).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security risks and vulnerabilities.Participate in the development and implementation of security training and awareness programs.Stay updated with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies related to OT networks.Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the security posture of OT environments.Collaboration and CommunicationWork closely with IT, engineering, and operations teams to integrate security practices into network design and operations.Provide expert guidance and support for OT security initiatives and projects.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels regarding security issues and initiatives.QualificationsOverall 5 Years in Security topicsSkill Set Strong knowledge of OT network protocols and architectures (e.g., SCADA, DCS, PLC).Experience with network monitoring and security tools (e.g., SIEM, IDPS, firewalls).Proficiency in incident response and security analysis.Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443).
