We are seeking an experienced **IT Senior Cloud Consultant** to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in **Mexico**.**Requirements**:- 3 - 6+ years of hands-on experience in **Cloud Services** and **network configuration**.- Proven ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.- Conversational to fluent proficiency in English.- 1+ years of advanced Office 365 experience preferred.- Solid experience in support management roles preferred.- Familiarity with **Microsoft Azure Active Directory** preferred.- Background in a highly motivated, fast-paced, critical support role.- Excellent decision-making and critical-thinking skills.- Ability to meet deadlines with projects and assignments.- Capacity to quickly learn and support new technologies, as well as train others.- Energetic, highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude.- Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.- Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with others.**Main Activities**- Deploy Office/Microsoft 365 Environments.- Implement Azure AD Environments.- Deploy advanced Microsoft 365 Services, including Enterprise and Mobility solutions.- Architect Office/Microsoft 365 Service Environments.- Maintain On-Premise and Azure Active Directory environments, including Group Policies.- Execute deployment of infrastructure improvements on client environments.- Drive IT projects for clients, ensuring successful implementation.- Coordinate and manage various IT staff and operations.- Provide guidance and leadership as a senior team member.- Assist in managing support services and related deliverables.- Engage with client stakeholders on strategy and vision.- Regularly meet with clients, attend client meetings, and interact with executive management.- Support client initiatives both remotely and on-premise.- Conduct routine network maintenance in various Microsoft environments.**About Definity First**Definity First specializes in IT Services, Cloud Business Applications & Microsoft Technologies, providing enterprise-grade solutions that translate into a successful business transformation.We were founded in 2004, with six offices distributed across the US and Mexico.
