You will have end to end accountability for technology portfolio, delivery and operations.- This position is based in Mexico City and will have direct contact with different areas (commercial, finance, operations, among others) and will have the opportunity to learn and share best practices across the region and globally.ABOUT YOUAn inspirational and proven leader with experience operating at a strategic level, facilitating business engagement, driving standardization, simplification, and digital transformation.-- Ability to manage senior stakeholders, comfortable working within a highly matrixed, geographically dispersed, and multi-skilled organizational environment.**Responsibilities**:- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE**Business Analysis (Mexico, Central America & Caribbean)**- Articulate and identify urgent and functional needs that deliver value to the company and translate them into technology terms for input into the Technology regional project portfolio.- Identify and qualify business transformation ideas. Provide input to the Products/Services organizations on what is needed and represent the countries functional interests in Technology initiatives.- Drive on-going review with key stakeholders across all functions of the products/services delivered (KPI metrics) which feed planning, prioritization of all outstanding requests and incidents.**Tech Project Management & Business Partnership (Mexico, Central America & Caribbean)**- Responsible for the Tech projects delivery and results according to success criteria (scope, quality, time, budget). Manage the scope, planning, and execution of the Tech projects throughout their lifecycle.- Plan, Build and Run your solution(s) with Product Owners, Solution Managers, Vendors and Technology Operations.- Ensure business engagement on the projects and create trusting relationships.- Ensure excellent, precise communication within the project team and to the stakeholders on the scope/requirements, status, risks and issues.- Create collaborative relationships with the Global Tech Services and Operations organizations, with client managers - leverage internal and external resources.- Effectively work with suppliers/external partners and third parties to have clear objectives, reasonable cost and continuous improvement and delivery.**Business and Community engagement**- Build relationships and communicate continuously with your regional and functional leadership teams: Know your business partners to represent their needs and to identify urgent needs; act as a Technology consultant when required
