.**IT Senior Manager****Main activities**:- Participate and support in business planning activities which may include financial, technological and resource planning.- Contribute to senior management decision making by use of management information, performance information, analytics, forums and stakeholder feedback.- Manage programme strategy and the programme approach across a series of projects or component activities, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changes- Responsible for governing all GB/GF programme portfolio in region ensuring the status and impacts to time, cost and quality are reported into all regions and countries- Responsible for delivery of GB/GF IT Transformation, Agile and DevOps adoption in region to realize savings as per targets in partnership with GB/GF Business- Responsible for successful delivery of key GB/GF change programmes in region, establishing effective project controls and procedures and quality assurance processes.- Find quantitative solutions to business problems and articulate the results clearly to all stakeholders- Assist business stakeholders with the decomposition of complex business requirements into Epics and User Stories that can be delivered by Technology teams via respective backlogs with minimum cross product co-ordination- Delivery, governance & reporting to stakeholders including the Product owner in the business, head of a service line or Product within Technology- Drive the use of Agile methodologies within Technology teams (e.G. Scrum, Kanban, Lean) in line with corresponding transformation frameworks at the bank- Ensure Technology programmes align to HSBC strategies and contribute to towards achieving strategic aims- Ensuring that all Technology practices and associated tools are being adopted and adhered to within the Programme- Manage programme budgets, including headcount and software delivery capitalization- Support in the following activities: hiring process / Open roles review / Re-phased based on recruitment status / challenge aged roles / Recruitment Progress for Service providers and perm / consolidate changes requested by Managers/ BMs / Run MPP review the plan and take corrective actions- Responsible to prepare headcount dashboard and progress.Requirements**Requirements**:- Leader with a growth mindset, Self-Awareness, he/she are both aware of their strengths and weaknesses.- Strong English language skills (written and spoken)- Solid communication (verbal and written), ability to effectively communicate with and influence to all levels locally and globally.- Ownership.
