DescriptionAZKAIT is a Mexican company that seeks and connects the best IT talent with Latin American and United States companies.We are looking for your talent as** IT Service Management Specialist (SMS)**Responsible for the implementation of all IT Service Management processes within the Applications Service Unit. The role will also collaborate with multiple IT and Business teams, to ensure that Service Catalogs, policies, and procedures related to new or existing services are up to date and of the highest quality.**Requirements**:- Knowledge and good understanding of ITIL Foundations (v3 or v4) - Certification is a plus, other ITIL modules are welcome.- Lean Six Sigma understanding, certification is a plus.- General understanding of SAP Modules and business processes.- Good Project Management skills with ability to plan and organize activities for service teams.- Ability to work in international environments with written and spoken fluency in English.- Effective Communication. Senior stakeholder engagement experience and strong ability to communicate at many levels.- Personal accountability and commitment to achieve. Takes the initiative to identify and drive opportunities for change and improvement, to strengthen the operations of Service Management.- Good knowledge in technical problem-solving techniques.- Team player.- Customer Oriented.- Minimum 1 year of experience
