**Job Description**:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of entire suite of TeamViewer IT products
- Build trusted relationships with internal resources, external partners, and client account teams to qualify deals, identify business value, and provide technical guidance in order to set proper expectations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Qualify technical requirements on opportunities, use-case compatibly, value proposition, and scalability
- Work hands-on with prospects and customers to deliver standard, customized and/or strategic solution demonstrations, white boarding, presentations, and best practices that showcase functional capabilities, competitive advantages, and business benefits of TeamViewer's solutions throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept to design and implementation.
- Work with Customer Success Managers to develop level-of-effort estimates to tailor deployments to meet customer requirements
- Attend trade shows to showcase TeamViewer's solutions
- Other duties may include basic software support, network diagnosis, API scripting IAM configuration for SSO, custom documentation and presentations for internal and external focus.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication skills in both English & Spanish, including technical terminology
- Experienced interacting with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders
- Customer first attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Management, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related technical field preferred, or relevant experience
- 4+ years of previous work experience as a Solution Engineer with a focus on Information technology products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites across LATAM (as permitted)
Desired.
- Working knowledge of mobile devices (iOS and Android) and Smart glasses (Vuzix, RealWear,Epson, etc)
