IT and Admin SpecialistWhat You Will Do:IT Services and Support:Able to independently install software, operating systems, and replace computer batteries, memory, and hard drives.Assist in purchasing IT equipment and repair services, and managing IT assets.Solve network and IT problems for office employees.Administrative Support:Assist employees with Airbnb/hotel reservations and guide them through check-in.Assist in the management of staff accommodation, including procurement, cleaning, daily maintenance, and daily expense payments.Assist employees with visa appointments.Assist in vehicle management, including vehicle repairs and daily maintenance.Assist in office management, including stationery procurement and communication with property management on daily office cleaning, operation, and maintenance.Perform other work arranged by the local administrative manager.Who You Are:Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT.Knowledge of computers and experience in installing operating systems.Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Spanish, with English proficiency sufficient for use as a working language.High work efficiency, positive and enthusiastic attitude, strong sense of responsibility and execution, and good teamwork spirit.Strong sense of service, communication, coordination, and planning skills; active, patient, and careful in work, able to accept additional work arrangements or necessary overtime.Priority will be given to those with technical support experience in IT-related fields.Based:The role is based in Mexico City, Mexico.#J-18808-Ljbffr
