ABOUT THE JOB
Collaborate with the TUI Musement Italy IT team and stakeholders supporting all TUI MM sites in Italy.
Focus on Deskside Support (in-person or remote) with responsibilities including:
M365 support
Windows 10 support (including imaging)
Troubleshooting issues
General user support
Onboarding users and devices (iPads, fixed phones, mobiles, point-of-sale devices)
Provide back-office support as 'Smart Hands' for infrastructure such as servers, firewalls, switches, NAS, phone systems, etc.
Compile reports, track and confirm inventory, and participate in special projects beyond daily tasks.
Work with local and regional teams and be part of a global IT resource pool.
Commit to continuous growth and development of IT skills, including soft skills.
