If you are looking for a new step in your career and you have the right skills, this could be a perfect opportunity for you.Duties and Responsibilities:Customer care and support that is second to none in the maintenance and repair of PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.Assist with core infrastructure troubleshooting and maintenance.Assists in the onboarding of new and existing businesses and champions the IT department's partnerships with our Service Delivery programs.Maintain, analyze, debug, and repair computer systems on desktops and laptops: Mobile devices (phones and tablets) running Android, Apple, and Microsoft operating systems, as well as computer peripherals.Maintain, repair, update, or replace laptop and desktop computer hardware and software.Make sure user account information, such as privileges, security, user groups, and email accounts, are supported and troubleshot.Make yourself available as a point of contact: The ideal applicant will creatively give support and solutions to our user base while maintaining a good customer experience, guided by corporate policy, information security, IT department leadership, and professional expertise.Keep in a tight relationship with assisting SMEs, TCOs, and other functional IT Groups.Ongoing support and rundown of all service delivery programs in the site and organization-wise, as well as the ability to support some corporate employees remotely.Working strongly with service delivery and IT team members to makes changes to delivery programs and constantly looking for improvement opportunities.Requirements:Computer science or related degree is a must-have3+ years of practical experience supporting tech infrastructure, through knowledge of concepts as DNS, DHCP, GPO, and similar tools.Working-hours flexibility.A+ Certification preferenceAdditional certifications or experience in SCCM, VMWare, AD, EN+ as well as scripting/batch files and PS(PowerShell) would be a great plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
