Position Overview:The ITS Technician / Epicor ERP Specialist is responsible for providing technical support for information technology systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the Epicor ERP platform, EDI support, and collaborating with various departments to streamline business processes. The ideal candidate has a strong background in both IT systems support and ERP systems, particularly with Epicor, and will play a critical role in optimizing our operations and supporting our growth.Responsibilities:EPP Systems Management:Administer, configure, and maintain the Epicor ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and user access.Provide ongoing support for all Epicor modules used by the company, including production, finance, supply chain, and quality control.Work closely with department heads to identify business process improvements within the ERP system.Implement upgrades, patches, and new functionalities to the Epicor ERP system as needed.Create and maintain user roles, permissions, workflows, and custom reports using Epicor tools.ITS Support:Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, network systems, and telecommunications infrastructure.Maintain cybersecurity measures by applying updates and managing firewalls, antivirus, and backup systems.Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and ensure the proper functioning of IT assets and network infrastructure.Conduct regular IT maintenance, support users with technical issues, and provide training as needed.Collaboration & Project Management:Work closely with various departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to understand their ERP and IT needs.Assist with the implementation of new technology solutions, including any customizations to the Epicor ERP system.Lead and participate in IT projects related to system upgrades, automation, and process optimization.Document system processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP systems, including customization and troubleshooting.3+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive sector.Familiarity with SQL, report generation, and ERP data management.Experience with network administration, hardware troubleshooting, and system support.Experience with IT security best practices, backup solutions, and disaster recovery planning.Familiarity with manufacturing processes and automotive industry standards is a plus.Proficiency in Spanish and English language required.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoBeneficios:Seguro de gastos médicos mayoresSeguro de vidaVales de despensaTipo de jornada:Lunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial#J-18808-Ljbffr
