**Responsibilities**:
- Actively participate in market events organized for the company
- Installation and configuration of PC, lap top and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.)
- Installation and configuration of IP and analog telephones (conventional telephones, faxes, etc.).
and mobile telephones (cellphones, smartphones, GPRS / UMTS data cards, etc.)
- Support in all issues of active and passive networks
- 1st level maintenance of all IT services
- Maintenance of IT inventory database
- Handling questions and error messages of any kind with the collection and classification in the IT service management tool
- Monitor and change backup tapes in case of local backup infrastructure
- Provide support to users in all information technologies, mainly in the client area (PC, laptops, mobile devices, printers, smart phones, mobile phones, telephones, client software)
- Initial analysis of error messages and questions, solving short-term problems, answering simple questions, and implementing workarounds
- Coordination between users and technical support units (2nd and 3rd level).
- Attend to user requirements and change requests for all client hardware and software issues
- Verify compliance with fair use regulations in cooperation with second level support
- Implementation of client software as part of the first level activities.
- Proactively inform users about technical failures and operational report.
- Use, create and update operating manuals, instructions and checklists, as well as the IT knowledge base
