Whether you are looking for an assembly position or a career in manufacturing management, you can thrive as a member of our team.ANDROID DE MEXICO S DE RL DE CVSilao, GuanajuatoIT SPECIALIST**JOB SUMMARY**:IT Specialist is responsible for maintain and improve the technical systems of the facility to ensure Team Members have the technology they need to complete their work and the Company's important files and information remain safe and intact.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Primary contact for hardware and software related questions.- Support scanning and printing activities for all Team Members.- Assist with the implementation of systems upgrades and security integrity.- Maintain and troubleshoot LAN / WAN and Wireless Infrastructure.- Proactive systems monitoring to include problem identification, escalation and resolution.- Writing process and workflow documentation.- Coordinate hardware, operating system and software setup.- All other duties as assigned.**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent specialized training or certification.- Experience: 3+ years of experience in related field. Help desk experience a plus.
