By investing in regular training and advanced technologies, our client not only meets but anticipates market expectations, offering a dynamic and proactive environment that supports its employees' professional and personal growth.We are currently searching for an IT Sub Director - Banking Sector:ResponsibilitiesEnsure availability and proper functioning of systems and technological applications for fund management in collaboration with providers.Manage IT projects for the fund admin area, ensuring compliance with the bank's regulatory, personalized, operational, and strategic requirements.Coordinate with internal departments and corporations to develop solutions that support organizational objectives.Supervise service contracts, incident management, and project follow-ups with IT providers to ensure service quality and effectiveness.Support all bank areas in defining requirements, designing technological solutions, managing productive incidents, and project testing.Develop leadership materials for projects and Business As Usual (BAU) activities.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proficient in fund investment operations, Fund Distribution, Custody, Depository, and related technology.Experience in managing incident and risk control, including technological and operational risk mitigation.Proven experience in managing IT environments and supporting production within a banking or financial services setting.Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance, particularly those related to the banking sector.Knowledge of database management (Oracle), programming languages (Java, VB.Net), and AppServer (WAS).Strong project management skills and experience in managing technology teams.DesiredStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.LanguagesAdvanced Oral English.Native Spanish.Note:On-site.If you meet these qualifications and are pursuing new challenges, start your application to join an award-winning employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
