.Job Requisition ID: JR100232As part of the Epicor retail hosting and SaaS team, an IT support analyst will assist in supporting one of Epicor's fastest growing SaaS businesses. Support analysts work with our sales team, professional services team, support teams, and end users to deliver the best possible SaaS experience to our end users. Support analysts will build, maintain, and troubleshoot servers located within Epicor's private cloud and in the Azure public cloud.What you will be doing:Technical support for Windows and Linux servers, VMware, and Azure environmentsManages service requests, escalations, and provides updates to management and usersReviews SLAs, gathers customer requirements, and creates technical documentationAssists with hardware/software evaluations and resolves complex issuesWhat you will likely bring:Provides support in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues across systems, networks, storage, and hardware.Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.Ability to meet deadlines with 3+ years of relevant experience.High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.What could set you apart:Ability to complete and maintain basic work and project records.Ability to work as part of a team.Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills.About Epicor:At Epicor, we're truly a team.
