We are generalists, and our support includes helping the customer with any IT issue, including hardware, software related, networking, cyber security issues, help with onboarding and offboarding of new employees..Etc.In addition, we participate in various IT projects that help bring IT to the next level.We also provide the necessary training to our internal customers and help level 3 support with any help needed. For example, if the networking team requires assistance, where are there to help?**Brief job description**:**What are my Responsibilities?**- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.G., software developers)- Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions- Ensure all issues are properly logged- Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting- Maintain jovial relationships with clientsUltimately, you will be a person our customer's trust.
