**Description**IT Support ServicesOnSight PROS, a growing vendor to the Property Management Community, is looking for a hard-working talented individual to provide our company with basic to mid-level end-user support. This position requires the ability to diagnose, identify, research, and troubleshoot various issues pertaining to software, hardware, and networking.This position is fully remote and requires availability between 9 am to 5 pm eastern time Monday through Friday. This position will occasionally have on-call requirements on Saturdays between 8 am and 5 pm eastern time.Experience and Technical Requirements:- CompTIA A+ or 2 years of IT HelpDesk experience- Preferable CompTIA Network+ or equivalent work experience- Comfortable in both Windows and Mac operating environments- Comfortable in both iOS and Android Operating Systems- Comfortable with Remote Management of devices- Problem-solving skills- Documentation skills- Start AND Finish skills- Exceptional English language skills and communication abilityWho we are looking for:- Someone who is good-humored and personable- Team oriented- Willing to ask questions and speak up in meetings- Solution-focused: - if bringing up a problem, exhibit previous consideration of the issue, including (1) actions already taken to resolve but unsuccessful and (2) potential actions that could be taken.Pay: From $6,400.00 per week**Experience**:- CompTIA A+ /IT HelpDesk: 1 year (required)- CompTIA Network+: 1 year (required)- Wireframing Website: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)
