Your role will directly contribute to our commitment to delivering excellence and innovation in our services.**Your Role and Impact**:As our IT Support Specialist, you will be in reference to our Business & IT Solution Manager, located in Lithuania and you will on a daily basis be cooperating with other IT support colleagues located in Europe.Your responsibilities will include:- Assist in the management and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including network configuration, server deployment, and security management.- Provide technical support to employees, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networking.- Conduct regular system tests and ensure continuous monitoring of network security.- Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols.- Manage backup and recovery processes and implement disaster recovery plans.- Stay updated on the latest developments in IT technology and security trends.**Who You Are**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 2-3 years of experience working as an IT Support Specialist with hands-on experience.- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Office 365, Printer software/hardware, and network issues.- Interest in expanding knowledge about different areas related to supporting FabricAir IT.- Ability to perform basic diagnostics to identify problems.- Understanding of Active Directory (knowledge of Azure AD is advantageous).- Experience with service desk systems (experience with Freshservice preferred).- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.- Excellent skills in English and Spanish.It's an advantage if you have experience working with Microsoft Endpoint Managerand supporting Cisco Meraki hardware.**What You Get at Our Company**:Joining our team means becoming part of a vibrant community dedicated to driving innovation and excellence.
