As an IT Integrations and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and monitoring of integrations between I3PL systems and our clients.
You will also be tasked with developing tools and reports to automate and optimize operational processes.
This role will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure efficient data flow and operational improvements.Key Responsibilities:Support and Monitor Integrations:Assist in configuring and maintaining system integrations between our company and client platforms, ensuring seamless data flow.Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution of any problems that may arise.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and support the implementation of integration solutions.Automation and Process Improvement:Develop tools and scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes within operations.Identify areas for improvement in existing workflows and propose automation solutions to enhance efficiency.Technical Development:Assist in the development and maintenance of integrations using APIs, connectors, and middleware solutions.Write and maintain scripts for data manipulation, transformation, and synchronization.Create and update internal documentation for integrations, automation solutions, and operational processes.Collaboration and Support:Work closely with the IT team to ensure that integration and automation solutions align with the company's goals.Provide technical support to internal teams and clients regarding integration and automation issues.Help train operational teams on the use of new tools and automation solutions.Support in warehouse operations on issues related to hardware, software, and infrastructure.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience (2+ years) in supporting IT integration projects and automation initiatives.Knowledge of integration technologies such as APIs, connectors, and data transformation tools.Experience with automation tools or scripting languages (e.G., Python, JavaScript, or similar).Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Familiarity with reporting tools and data visualization platforms (e.G., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI).Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.Fluent in technical English (speaking, writing, and reading).Reports to: IT Integrations and Automation ManagerWorking place: Tijuana, BC, MéxicoRequirements:Valid Visa U.S.A. and PassportTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoTipo de jornada: DiurnoPregunta(s) de postulación: Visa USA y Pasaporte vigentesEscolaridad: Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Idioma: Ingles Fluido 90 - 95% (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial#J-18808-Ljbffr
