Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries and assist with troubleshooting and resolving challengesProviding technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)Repairing and replacing equipment as necessarySetting up accounts and equipment for new usersRemoving users as needed and tracking return of equipmentInstalling and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scannersMonitoring and maintaining computer systems and networksDocument all solutions (create knowledge articles) and be comfortable with administrative access to sensitive systemsAssist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usageQualifications:A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technology field is preferredIndustry-specific certification in relevant computer languages or software may be required1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer-focused position involving technical knowledge of a companies' end-user hardware and software solutionsExtensive experience working with different operating systems, including Windows and Mac OSProfessional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clientsAbility to prioritize and manage several tasks and projects efficientlyTime-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolutionComfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software, such as Jira in addition to other remote access desktop programsAccept constructive criticism and customer feedback regarding their experience with software or IT servicesBonus Skills:Experience with Microsoft O365, Admin, Active Directory and Intune are a big plus SharePoint experience is also preferredMobile device management skills would be helpfulImaging of laptops and inventory experienceApplication Process:This position is remote based in Mexico.
