It Support Supervisor

Implements, supports, and administers software, hardware, network, and telecommunications systems that support Reconext's IT standards. Supports daily operations of local IT infrastructure: laptops, PCs, printers, network switches, and structural cables.Responsibilities:Supervises the IT Team, Engineer, and Technician.Upgrades/installs hardware and software for workstations and servers.Performs network-related support functions and provides technical and operational support.Diagnoses and repairs any network problems.Acts as an interface with appropriate vendors when required to remedy system problems.Completes special projects as assigned by the IT Manager.Education/Training:Microsoft workstation and serverKnowledge of printers and network printingNetworking skills (network switches, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS)Generic LAN/WAN and telecommunications systems and infrastructureMicrosoft Active Directory ServicesFluent in English, both verbal and written2-4 years of experience in a similar roleJob Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Starting at $27,000.00 per monthBenefits:Company parkingMajor medical expenses insuranceLife insuranceMeal serviceDiscounted meal serviceGrocery vouchersSupplementary Pay:Attendance bonusPunctuality bonusWork Schedule:Monday to FridayMorning shiftWork Location: In-person employment#J-18808-Ljbffr
