**Job Description**:We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support Team Lead to join our Global IT Team.The primary role of this position will be to help manage the IT Team in the Mexico and provide second and third tier support for our YouGov employees globally.
Support and assistance to the IT teams in APAC, EMEA and AMER will also be required when necessary.In this role you will provide maintenance of the computer environment by analysing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware/software solutions, and supporting the internal IT Service Desk.
