It Support Technician

**Responsibilities**
- Prioritize tickets according to urgency and importance
- Review tickets for patterns and trends
- Provide staff with information about service tickets and update as required
- Monitor the status of ongoing issues and ensure that escalation processes are followed
- Have the ability to resolve Tier1 support requests.

**Requirements**:

- English 95%+ (Speak, Read, Write)
- Active listener with excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position
