**Responsibilities**
**Main Purpose**

PepsiCo IT is committed to supporting the PEP+ objectives by delivering sustainable IT capabilities and enabling the business with innovative solutions, data, and analytics.
The IT Sustainability Program Lead will enable the journey towards IT Sustainability for PepsiCo by managing the IT Sustainability program agenda, roadmap, and measurable goals partnering with organizations across IT, PepsiCo's Corporate Sustainability team, and external partners in support of the IT Sustainability strategy.
In this journey, you will provide advisory services to executives and coordinate transformational sustainability projects to execute high quality tracking of PepsiCo IT emissions.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Lead the IT Sustainability initiative through a programmatic approach and governance model
- Manage and continually advance the IT Sustainability program agenda, roadmap, and measurable goals
- Provide thought leadership, external research, and industry insights to advance the IT Sustainability strategy
- Drive engagement and partnerships with key stakeholder across the IT organization, PepsiCo's Corporate Sustainability team, and external partners in support of the IT Sustainability strategy
- Develop and execute a communication plan to maintain alignment across key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities and innovative capabilities opportunities in support of achieving IT Sustainability goals
- Deliver a science-based approach to calculating and reporting IT Sustainability emissions in alignment with Corporate Sustainability accounting and greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) protocols
- Remove barriers/obstacles teams face as needed, creating conditions for success; resolve escalations as needed

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Management, or related field required; Advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of related Information Technology and related business experience
- 7 - 10+ years managing large virtual teams - experience managing large global teams preferred
- 8 year(s) of experience in corporate sustainability, sustainability consulting field, ESG consulting and/or implementing IT Sustainability solutions focused on enhancing corporate reporting, Program Management with emphasis on Agile Scrum methodology and implementation, and organizational change management (OCM)
- Strong knowledge of IT greenhouse gas accounting principles and industry guidance on climate such as the GHG Protocol, GRI, SASB, TCFD and CDP
- Significant influence management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strategic Problem Solving: Results-oriented strategic thinker who demonstrates a bias for action with a can-do approach to work and excellent program management skills
