This is a Lead Role responsible for technical development and support for all eTrace modules for all Advance Energy sites. eTrace is the Warehouse and Shopfloor execution system for the EP factories which will be rolled out to other sites and future acquisitions if any.**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Development and Support for eTrace (SOX)- Working closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team.- Planning and documenting technical specifications for features or system design.- Provide sustaining support to eTrace with enhancement releases and data maintenance adhering to IT Change Management Processes- Standardization, Rollout of etrace to Other sites- Ensure standardization of the eTrace solution at ZS and PH factories. Roll out newly developed module in PH as appropriate.- Peform technical assessment of rolling out eTrace to Other AP facilities by working out detailed requirement of hardware and software, as well as step-by-step procedure for system configuration and implementation.- Preparing an execution plan and seamless go live as per the plan with mínimal impact to operations, as well as the contingency plan to handle any possible exception.- Team Coaching and Mentoring- Guide and lead the team members to successfully accomplish development projects.- Continously coach and develop the team in various aspects, including learning of new development technologies and platforms.- Mentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determined software quality standards.- Provide guidance to the team to ensure strict adherance to the SOX and Change management practices**WORK ENVIRONMENT**:Works in a standard office environment and uses general office equipment (telephone, PC, copier, fax machine, etc.).Works under general supervision.**SKILLS**:- Technical Skills:- Microsoft Visual Studio- VB.Net- C#- SQL- HTML and related web technologies- Developmental Skills:- Develop New Applications/modules/functions- Support Existing Applications- Technical and User Documentation- Functional Skills:- Analyzing Information such as Requirements, Enhancements and Problems such as bugs and issues- Teamwork - Collaborate and work with team members- Problem Solving skills- Ability to learn new technologies and be updated- Follow Project and Team guidelines- Good communication skills.**EXPERIENCE**:**Essential**:Minimum of five years of experience in Business Systems (Warehouse Management Solutions, Manufacturing/ Shopfloor execution systems) development is required.**Desirable**:Experience of being team lead of development & support of Business Systems.**EDUCATION**:**Essential**:Bachelor's degree in computer information systems major in in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent education.**Desirable**:Education/knowledge of SAP will be a plus
