We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Project Manager to join our team. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Translate high-level, ambiguous business goals into working software solutions.
- Lead end-to-end project management activities, from project initiation to closure.
- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
- Lead delivery of large, complex projects by anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, making tradeoffs, and balancing the business needs versus technical constraints.
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and milestones.
- Possesses hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Okta, Jira, Jamf, and Intune, leveraging these platforms for efficient project execution.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing client-side projects, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing ITGC and familiarity with SOX Controls as it relates to IT.
- IT Operations experience leading process improvements, documentation, and procedures.
**Our Vision of You**:
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, IT Systems Engineer, or related role, in a cloud-first environment
- Working knowledge of Scrum or Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to identify priorities and evaluate risks and trade-offs to recommend optimal paths to achieving deliverables and outcomes
- Ability to engage with people at all levels and backgrounds, including business and product owners and both technical and non-technical resources
- Experience managing roadmaps and facilitating scoping and discovery discussions for large projects with stakeholders spanning the company
- You are a problem solver and strategic thinker who is comfortable operating in ambiguity to take ownership and are excited to discover new opportunities to transform the organization, with a proven track record of leading and motivating others to move in the same direction.
