IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT
**Position Objective**:
Ensure the proper functioning of all technological equipment software and hardware based on ITIL best practices and other methodologies.
**Requirements**:
- Information Technology Engineering or similar
- Desirable 2 year of experience in related position.
- Technical expert with working knowledge of office automation, database, and remote control products
- Good knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices and other technical products
- Trouble shooting experience for software and hardware (Pc. Printers, Copier machine, Windows, etc)
- Ability to diagnose and solve basic technical problems
- Availability to work at different times.
- IT tools management
- English 60% (Desireable)
**Responsabilities**:
- Provide hardware and software technical support to users.
- Hardware installation, configuration and maintenance.
- Create and manage all users on all platforms and systems.
- Ensure the planning and monitoring of the serial production of new processes and equipment.
- Inventory control of warehouse equipment.
- Control administrative access to restricted areas.
- Ability to receive and respond promptly to necessary information from users.
- Monitoring of servers, networks, antivirus, etc.
- Carry out backups of user information.
- Advanced knowledge of ITIL
- Knowledge of physical flows in the automotive industry.
- IT Infrastructure, office, planning and conflict resolution skills.
