Job Summary- eJAmerica is looking for an eloquent, persuasive IT Technical Writer to join our team of writers in creating IT solutions. The IT Technical Writer's responsibilities include gathering information, formatting the information according to the company's policies, and sending the final solution and proposal to the client/requestor- To be successful as an IT Technical Writer, you should be articulate, have excellent written communication and analytical skills, and be able to work under pressure to meet demanding deadlinesPrimary responsibilities- Prepare IT Solution for the different customer needs as per the company policies and procedures.- Continually learn and develop new solutions constructs for the company in Cloud and other traditional systems as necessary.- Write technical articles, reports, brochures, help files, and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses.- Coordinate the display of graphics and the production of the document.- Work with internal teams to understand the scope of services and documentation requirements.- Write straight-forward user tutorials and interface text.- Utilize a variety of media forms.- Include images and charts.- Analyze current content and make improvements as necessary.- Understanding about IT environment such as Help Desk Services, Desktop Support Services, Data Center, Infrastructure, etc.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science- MCSE, CCNA, AWS, Azure, ITIL Certifications- 2-4 years of experience in IT Technical Writing- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills- Ability to preemptively identify and mitigate risks that could impact attaining project deliverables- Ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment- Strong working knowledge of MS Office products like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis- Excellent computer and organizational skills- Exceptional written communication skills, to include composition, spelling and grammar for documents produced in the English language.- Ability to edit and tailor the text to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readability- Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail- Ability to meet deadlines- Ability to travel as necessary- Preferable certification such as AWS, Azure, ITIL 4Physical Requirements:- Job duties involve extended periods sitting at a desk.- Job duties require the repetitive use of a multi-line telephone system and computer screen with mouse and keyboard.Environmental Requirements:- Job duties are routinely performed in an office environment without exposure to adverse environmental conditions.- Daily communication with US team members and clients.PERR**Salary**: $12,000.00 - $140,000.00 per month
