IT SERVICE DESK AGENT POSITION

Multiple shifts available

Some OT expected for this position
- Active Directory Administration
- Configuration and distribution of corporate mobile devices
- Importante empresa Exchange Server support and administration
- Troubleshooting Importante empresa VPN clients
- Facilitating Citrix connectivity
- Remediating Symantec Endpoint Protection
- Dameware remote connection/utilization
- Altiris Deployment server utilization
- Asset management skills
- Internet Explorer and various browser(s) support
- Installation/configuration of various Adobe products
- Account migrations (within and cross:
domain)
- Printer/driver troubleshooting and installation
- ServiceNow utilization
- Importante empresa WebEx service support
- Box user administration

Additional responsibilities may include:

- Documentation (reco rds) management
- Knowledge base utilization
- Customer scheduling/follow:
ups
- End user incident/request escalations
- Multi:
team interaction and/or technical roundtable participation
- Application support

**NOTE** The primary role of the IT Service Desk Agent is to restore service, NOT root cause analysis.
**NOTE** Pay Increases will be accessed for attendance and performance on 3:
6 months basis.

00pm thursday to sunday;
6:
30am to 6:
30pm thursday to sunday OR

10:
00am to 9:
00pm Wednesday to Saturday.
Strong technical skills, customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
