If you need to work flexibly from another location or at another time you can do so given your manager's agreement.EXPECTATIONS AND TASKSAs specialist SM Level 3 you are responsible for:Conceptual design, configuration, and administration of server landscapes with focus on Windows Operating systems:Drive innovation to optimize, automate and standardizethe operational delivery processes:Managing the daily operations, ensure high availability:Create and maintain documentation for daily operation, such as Standard Operation Procedure and Knowledge Base articles:Strong collaboration with other units within ECS and outside:Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware and OS related issue that impact the business.:Follow standard change management, problem/incident management processes and compliance and Audit guidelines:Excellent communication (fluent in English)EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESRequired skills:Advanced technical background for server operating systems (Windows 2012, 2016, 2019):Practical Importante empresa with OS operation, upgrades and security patching:Server to storage connectivity technology (NFS, CIFs, iSCSI):Importante empresa administering AD, DNS, ADFS, WSUS
