Within SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Technical Operations Server Management unit is responsible for 24x7 infrastructure support and services along with adopting the newer technology and automation to ease the day to day operations**What you bring**As specialist SM Level you are responsible for:- Troubleshoot and resolve any Operating System related issue that impact the business- Supporting the Technical RCA and escalations- Drive innovation to optimize, automate and standardize the operational delivery processes- Managing the daily operations, ensure high availability- Support execution team and handle on call duty**Meet your team**Our team manage and operate nearly 3500+ customers system 24/7.
