Meet your teamSAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) is part of the Product Engineering board area and consists of SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC) and Cloud Application Services (CAS). ECS focuses on delivering managed cloud services. To provide our customers with the right level of service, we have a Client Delivery Management (CDM) team within SAP ECS.
What you'll doWe are looking for an accomplished SAP Technology Senior Consultant to join our SAP ECS team as a Technical Service Manager (TSM). You will support our customers with their SAP S/4 HANA adoption on their path to the Intelligent Enterprise.
Technical Service Managers (f/m/d) play a critical part in helping our customers accelerate their cloud transformation journey. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to our customers and partners, analyzing customer business requirements and working across SAP ECS and other departments to provide quality services and resolve technical complexities.
Primary contact for customers for discussions about technology and innovations.Understand customer business, goals, and challenges to suggest solutions and services.Identify and position offerings by SAP ECS that deliver value to the customer.Offer comprehensive knowledge on SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology, and tools.Understand SAP high availability or disaster recovery architecture, network, and virtual technologies.Experience in SAP NetWeaver Administration, migration, and upgrades.Identify top issues, define service plans, and drive implementation of identified action items across customer landscapes.Understanding of various SAP cloud solutions and integration scenarios of SAP systems.Design optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability.What you bringBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management.
Solid know-how on SAP Technologies and Products (SAP certification highly beneficial), Hyperscalers certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Minimum 8 years of total experience in SAP Technical Administration (preferably in SAP Basis). Minimum 5 years in a customer-facing role with excellent command on de-escalating critical situations. Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux flavors and SAP HANA and Sybase databases.
