It Trainer/ Technical Trainer

IT Trainer/ Technical TrainerWe're an IT company looking for an innovative Trainer with technical background that can design effective training programs for the IT department. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that all employees are trained properly, from new employees to professionals in all IT levels.**Responsibilities**:- Create onboarding training to prepare new employees for their role.- Prepare training materials, requesting the equipment that is necessary to perform each task.- Create evaluations to measure employee's improvement as they advance with their training.- Identify where skills might be lacking on each team member.- Research new teaching methods- Identify areas for learning opportunities, developing materials for it.**Requirements**:- Degree in Computer Science, technical Engineering, or similar.- Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to identify gaps in skills- Knowledge in Microsoft, Cisco, servers, SQL, cybersecurity, to name a few.- Excellent organizational skills.- English proficiency.***Salary**: $22,000.00 - $28,000.00 per month
