You will manage the full vendor relationship lifecycle from tendering till offboarding for a selected subset of the partner portfolio

- You will support and invest into our constant drive for the best-in-class vendor and contract management processes, tools and team
- You will identify opportunities to improve efficiencies in expenditure
- You will manage relationships with vendors and drive for value and process effectiveness
- You will ensure a holistic view on vendor relationship and performance for strategic vendors
- You will support in fostering the IT Governance principles
- You will align your activities with your peers in Vendor Performance Management and in the Procurement teams
**Your qualifications**:
- You have a Master/Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline
- You can demonstrate in addition to the above, at least three, ideally five, years' experience in the field of Vendor and Contract Management or a related discipline
- You have proven experience in legal knowledge and background allowing you to understand complex legal topics and giving you the ability to liaise with specialized legal - teams
- You have proven negotiation skills and a deep IT vendor market knowledge
- You have ability to bridge communications between the IT organization and its business customers, with a focus on developing an understanding of what the IT organization and its vendors can deliver and how that can be measured most effectively.
- You can demonstrate interpersonal relationship strengths for managing disputes and driving change in vendor behaviors, and creating a working environment where vendors receive incentives to change behaviors to meet performance goals
- You are experienced to act as a business agent for an IT organization to negotiate pricing, drive value and to determine contract terms and conditions together with procurement and legal
- You have excellent organizational skills, team player with bias for action and a strong work ethic
- You are self-starter with high analytical, problem-solving, planning, execution, as well as presentation and communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and driver of Innovation in your area of responsibility
- You can demonstrate a very good strategic, solution and cost-oriented thinking
- You consider yourself a great communicator, being fluent in English (German is a plus)
