About job- Ensure that all appropriate Physical Security and Health & Safety measures and processes relevant to the defined site security exposure level and local regulations are implemented to ensure protection of people and physical assets.- Management of the access control and CCTV systems and ensure training of all identified access control operators on tools and processes.- Management of the physical access control procedures to ITESA SIEMENS Partners locations and zoning of sites.- Delivery of security awareness training sessions as part of centralized projects.- Development of localized security awareness training sessions (e.G., through awareness campaigns, new joiners' induction, etc.).- Management of guard force, access control and CCTV contracts with third parties.- Coordinate actions with the local sites point of contacts if any, and other stakeholders in the entities in scope (Business, operations, HR, communications, logistics), Local Security Officer and Regional Security Officer.- Liaise with authorities, security forces and security related networks as per PS or HS activities need.- Managing budgets for the implementation and maintenance of security and safety activities.- Monitoring the local safety and security regulatory environment and changes.- Be Key Player as lead of OEA, CTPAT and or other business customs initiatives.- Creation of routine and ad hoc security and safety related reports as requested.- Facilitation of audits and assurance activity as required by Global management.- Perform vulnerability surveys and analysis of facilities (SVA).About youBachelor's degree related to the role.Previous experience in Security areas in a corporative environment. +5 YearsBe able to communicate and written reports in English language.Availability to travelExpertise in building security systems (access controls, traveler protection and journey management)About us
