As a trusted advisor, you will shape the technical direction and technical strategies within the organization and for external customers. Accountable for consistent and significant chargeability levels (or expense relief for internal project teams) and for assisting in meeting or exceeding revenue and customer satisfaction goals.**What kind of work would you be doing**:- Providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions (e.G. systems configurations, troubleshooting systems errors/problems, monitoring and/or testing systems performance and contributing to the design of technical solutions for customer environments); - Actively contribute tothe company's solutions portfolio by providing information ranging from technical knowledge to methodologies based on experience gained from customer projects; - Create effective customer relationships so as to insure customer satisfaction by maintaining knowledge of leading edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge; - Delivery of assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of a project by understanding a number of the company's technologies in order to provide technical systems management support or deliver part of a detailed technical design which meets customer requirements; - Works under the supervision of the technical lead and with customer-nominated representatives to accomplish assigned tasks; - Participates as part of a team and maintains good relationships with team members and customers; - Participates in chosentechnical community or profession, and regularly attends events of profession or community of interest.**What achievements and skills should you have so far**:- 1 - 3 years of technical experience and an Associate of Arts/Science or equivalent degree (two year college program) in computer science or related area of study or 1 additional year of relevant technical experience (2-4 years in total); - Has technical knowledge to assist with the completion of specific deliverables; - Able to communicate concepts with team and to peers; - Able to produce basic documentation to required standards; - Demonstrates understanding of assigned discipline or technical area.Micro Focus (now OpenText) is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer
