You will create software that enables your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys.Your primary responsibilities include:- Envision, design, and build the Software infrastructure that keeps the solutions running.- Challenge ideas, identify problems and create efficient solutions.- Collaborate with development peers and lead the way staying up to date with tools and technology trends.Required Technical and Professional Expertise- Application Developer with hands on experience using Java v7 to 17 to build and deploy services using Springboot Framework with Gradle preferably,- Familiar with Unit Testing frameworks like JUnit and tools like Postman, knowledgeable on Gitlab or Git Hub,- Experience using Messaging frameworks like Apache Kafka preferably- Extra points if you have experience using JSR or Spring Batch and/or if you have built and deployed services in Openshift and AWS CloudsPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise- Apache Kafka framework- Exposure to Cloud Development : AWS/Openshift: (AWS Lambdas and AWS Step Functions, AWS Terraform, Openshift Services Deployment)About Business UnitIBM Consulting is IBM's consulting and global professional services business, with market leading capabilities in business and technology transformation.
