Help us make a difference.**Experience**:- 3-5 years of experience as a Java Developer or similar role.- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or Struts.- Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.G., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.- Proficiency in Java and related technologies. - Experience with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.G., Git).- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)- Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Certification on Pega CSA (Certified System Architect) desirable.- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools**Who we are**Looking for a challenging and inspiring work environment where you can make a difference?
