We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a **Java Support Engineer**
**What you'll do**:
- Provide L1.5/ L2 support for IBM BAW ( BPEL, Mediation ) and WAS servers ( Java Application).
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the systems.
- Handle P1/P2 incidents on priority in quick time to meet SLA requirements and minimize business impact.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Java, BPEL, and Mediation.
- Collaborate with L3 support teams/ client Designer, Architects/ Business Team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Implement and maintain best practices for system operations and support.
- To take up SRE related activities on enhancement and recurring issues to stabilize current platform and improve Application availability
- Document issues, resolutions, and workarounds to build a knowledge base.
**Preferred experience**:
- 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering or java developer
- Proven experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
- Strong knowledge of Java, BPEL, and Mediation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Advanced Level of English is a Must
