Hibrid Opportunity open in México.
- Take full responsibility for customer-reported issues, typically managed in a case tracking system.
- Comprehend the reported issue or scenario, seeking additional details from Level 1 support or the case reporter as necessary.
- Find solutions using a knowledge base.
- Ensure communication with stakeholders is within agreed turnaround times (TAT).
- Guide to Level 1 or Level 3 resources and respond to their questions.
- Examine logs and error messages to relate them to the code and suggest possible solutions.
- Reproduce issues in a lab environment to gather more information or resolve the problem.
- Escalate issues to Level 3 support if necessary.
- Create detailed bug reports in the bug tracking system.
- Document procedures and prepare runbooks.
- Monitor various system components (jobs, processes, queues, DB procedures, log files, alerts) to ensure healthy system functioning.
- Identify and suggest additional monitoring tools and processes to enhance system upkeep.

Qualifications and requirements
- 1-3 years of strong understanding of Java programming, including the ability to write, read, and debug Java code.
- Ability to work in Unix/Linux environments, including using command line commands and reviewing system logs.
- Experience with and understanding of scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
- Experience with relational databases and the ability to write and understand SQL queries.
- Familiarity with tools such as JConsole, JVisualVM, and other performance monitoring and analysis tools.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to various stakeholders.

Desirable skills

Plus: Experience working with Kafka/MongoDB/Micro services based architecture a plus.
