With your support we will be able to deliver packages to end customers, who buy through the online platform which has a Last Mile term.
We are looking for a qualified team leader to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
As a team leader, you will be the point of contact for all team members, so your communication skills must be excellent. You must also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team functioning and effective collaboration.
Ultimately, you must lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve.
100% verifiable parcel delivery experience (Amazon, J&T, Mercado Libre, DHL, FedEx, Estafeta, Ivoy, 99 minutes, etc.)
Studies:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering or Business Administration
- Intermediate English essential
- Responsibilities:
- l shipment routing (Mexican Republic)
- l Direct attention to the manufacturing and distribution areas
- l Warehouse and inventory control
- l Coordination and monitoring of transportation orders
- l Personnel administration
- l Good storage practices
**Requirements**:
- l Minimum experience of 2 years as a warehouse and shipping manager
- 100% verifiable parcel delivery experience (Amazon, Mercado Libre, DHL, FedEx, Estafeta, Ivoy, 99minutes, etc.)
- l Excel (pivot tables, databases, dashboards)
- Intermediate English essential
- Activities:
- l Control of expenses generated by freight
- l Cubication of units
- l Management of SAP (WM/IM materials management module administration, consultation and reporting)
- l Inventory control
- l Operation of movements of raw materials, materials and finished products.
- l Administration of the warehouse and shipping process
