**About the role**:
As a Maintenance Leader, your responsibilities include supervising and managing preventive and corrective maintenance, analyzing equipment obsolescence for replacement planning, and overseeing building maintenance for plant operations.
**Key responsibilities**:

- Oversee equipment execution and management in the plant.
- Identify process improvements for productivity growth.
- Analyze SAP maintenance trends for cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and update work procedures to comply with international standards (FSCC 22000, ISO 14000:2005, ISO45000, COFEPRIS, SENASICA, NOM STPS).
- Supervise contractor work for plant improvements, ensuring quality and safety compliance.
- Coach leadership teams on analyzing significant failures affecting OEE indicators and develop action plans.
- Create new KPIs aligned with department goals.
**Qualifications and skills**:

- Engineering Expertise: Proficient in chemical, electromechanical, or electronic engineering.
- Personnel Management: Over 10 years of experience in managing personnel.
- Process Knowledge: Skilled in spray dryers, mixers, raw material transformation to finished products, and automatic packaging.
- Industrial Services: Familiar with industrial services and maintenance software (SAP, POWER BI, etc.
).
