.**_PRIMARY FUNCTION:_**Manage Human Resources processes in terms of Recruitment, Selection, Training, Organizational Development, Personnel Management and Labor Relations, in order to maintain a healthy work environment, promoting staff development and ensuring alignment with corporate policies, requirements legal, regulatory and customer corresponding to the Human Resources area.**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: _**- Ensure that the Recruitment and Selection process complies with the established guidelines and allows attracting the required talent according to the profile of each position.- Attend with the Union Delegate on site the operational requirements of the plant (overtime, shift changes, shift roles, absenteeism, etc.) or channel the requirements of the local union representation to the corresponding level depending on the type of request in question.- Promote and monitor compliance with policies, procedures, internal and external standards and legal requirements in labor matters by staff, and apply, if necessary, what is established in the CCT, RIT and/or LFT.- Ensure compliance with the Training process, as well as supervise the inherent functions of the process, in order to maintain constant staff development and comply with legal, regulatory and customer requirements.- Implement programs related to communication, participation, consultation, motivation and recognition of staff (climate surveys, communication plan, organizational events, etc.)- Implement the local deployment of corporate and local initiatives of inclusion and diversity, ethics, legal compliance and employee well-being (emotional salary)- Implement the continuous improvement of the processes of the Human Resources area based on the expectations of the interested parties, legal, regulatory, customer and/or certification requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OAS, CTPAT)- Manages the proper use of additional benefits and services, such as insurance, vehicles, etc.- Audit the organizational structure in order to ensure that it is up to date.- Ensure and maintain the registration and documentation of the related requirements in the Quality Management Systems and EHS in Human Resources.- Manages performance evaluation processes, succession plans, development plans and goal setting policies with middle management- Adhere at all times to Eaton's corporate policies related to position performance
