NegotiableFull-Time1 positionJob Description and ResponsibilitiesSupervise all accounting functions, monthly closing, and tax filing.Review and reconcile TAX books and Finance books (CONTPAQ & SAP).Responsible for cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.Ensure compliance with Global GAAP, Mexico GAAP with IFRS, and tax regulations, ensuring timely and accurate filings.Support month-end general accounting closing process.Manage outside professional firms or other resources in tax & accounting matters.Help develop and guide staff and other junior professionals by providing effective performance feedback and ensuring team responsibilities are consistent with skills and developmental goals.Develop and maintain a system for document organization and control.Coordinate with other departments related to Tax & Accounting affairs.Manage preparation and execution of annual & monthly standard cost roll.Review, analyze, track, inventory, and reconcile stock variances; provide management withmonthly inventory reports.We offer you and benefitsWeekly payment100% to IMSSInfonavitPTUSavings fundMonday to Friday#J-18808-Ljbffr
