This is an individual contributor role with an emphasis on supporting & influencing manufacturing and supply chain associates & leaders.
REPORTS TO:
Directly reports to Human Resources.

JOB SUMMARY:
Ingredion is hiring a Labor Relations Chief to lead all functional labor duties at one (or more) manufacturing or supply chain sites around San Juan del Río operation.
As a part of the Local HR Team this role will support the legal labor aspects and bargaining agreement, benefits or others related to the relation between the employer and the employee.
The Labor Relations Chief will be accountable for advisory & guidance to all our managers on leading teams, direct reports, and personnel in general under current legal regulations, company policies or benefits.
This includes HR Processes & Procedures throughout our GBSS.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, HR, OD, Psychology, or similar related discipline.
- Three to five years of progressive experience as Labor Relations Specialist.
- Three years of progressive experience in HR general functions.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing HR indicators and decision making regarding to business acumen for recommending solutions to achieve desired performance outcomes.
- Demonstrated technical competence through Labor matters and legal compliance.
- Proven project management skills and the ability to facilitate organizing and managing multiple priorities and/or projects.
- Experience coordinating all kind of events throughout the organization; perform administrative tasks in SAP.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, schedule and successfully manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledgeable and proficient in all Microsoft office tools.
- Knowledgeable and proficient in collaboration and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams, On24, etc.)
- Must live in San Juan del Río.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Preferred experience managing training needs, identifying performance gaps and root causes, to design employees growing pathways.
- Experience leading and developing training programs in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with Workday.
- Proven track record of building and implementing high quality development strategies and solutions, working across organizational boundaries where needed.
- Experience consulting with clients to determine needs, perceived roadblocks, business unit culture, and work environment issues.
- Three (3) years Global HR experience working across regions and at an enterprise level.
- Additional Language proficiency in one or more of: Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, German, etc.
