Join us in shaping a future where business growth and personal fulfilment go hand in hand.Job DescriptionConduct timely follow-up of actionable items carried out on each platform, including communication, profiles, and adherence to brand guidelines.Ensure affiliate marketing strategies are aligned with macro-level company objectives to maximize overall results.Monitor and analyze the performance of each affiliate by platform, aiming to align efforts according to areas with the best results.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates while actively recruiting new high-quality partners.Create and implement affiliate program strategies to drive traffic, leads, and sales.Negotiate structures and terms with affiliates to ensure beneficial partnerships.Provide regular performance reports and insights to both internal stakeholders and affiliate partners.Organize and conduct training sessions for affiliates to improve their understanding of products, services, and promotional strategies of the business.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing to continuously improve program performance.Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and promotional efforts.Manage affiliate budgets and optimize spending to achieve the best return on investment.Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise within the affiliate program promptly and professionally.Qualifications- 3+ years of experience.- Knowledge of marketing strategies.- Experience managing and building relationships with stakeholders.- Experience being a sales contact.- Experience managing metrics and data analysis.- Management of affiliates, platforms, and reports.- Intermediate to basic Excel skills
