In addition to day-to-day administration, you will also collect requirements for business processes, and settle ways to optimize/improve Jira. About the roleWe are seeking an outstanding Jira Administrator that can help us maintain some of the most impactful Enterprise-wide tools at Zillow Group! A hardworking and proactive Admin that will focus specifically on Jira. We are looking for someone that will support JIRA administration, including all the mentioned aspects in the qualification section and meet with customers to identify JIRA Project needs and implement them appropriately. Also deliver in a timely manner and based on standard methodologies and/or official documentation for changes and provide application support to the rest of the business. This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any part of Mexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as we would encourage attendance for occasional in-office events. Who you are Expertise on Jira cloud environment and its appropriate configuration of both types of projects such as team-managed and company-managed projects.Heavily expert in global permissions management.Heavily experienced on using automations for custom Jira changes.Expertise on scheme, role, board, workflow, issues and filter creation, management, and solving.Familiarity with scrum and kanban to align projects to the corresponding methodology.User provisioning (providing access, management, reporting).Strong reporting skills with out of the box tools and specific plugins.Solid JQL skills for reporting, and bulk changes.Plugin installation and configuration.Experience on Atlassian administration interface for site management, and product management.Experience on scripting is desirable such as script runner or any other scripting language as well as API knowledge.
