As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking an experienced Jira Administrator to help build our development dashboard and sprints. Experience in Product Management a plus!

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Jira Configuration and Customization:

- Configure and customize Jira to meet the specific needs of our website software projects.
- Design and implement workflows, issue types, fields, screens, and permission schemes to optimize project management processes.

Integration and Automation:

- Integrate Jira with other tools and systems, such as version control, and deployment tools, to streamline development processes.
- Implement automation solutions using Jira plugins or scripting to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

Ticketing and Sprint Planning:

- Write tickets for all incoming support, enhancement and feature requests.
- Attend weekly team meetings to gather necessary required details and information for tickets and product requests.
- Plan development sprints in coordination with our Senior Solution Architect.
- Maintain detailed information on future product features for prioritizing with team leads.

Product Management Support:

- Collaborate with teams to gather and document requirements from stakeholders.
- Assist in prioritizing features and creating product backlogs based on business value and strategic goals.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure alignment between product roadmaps and project execution in Jira.

Reporting and Analytics:

- Create and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and filters to provide project stakeholders with actionable insights into project progress and product performance.
- Continuously analyze Jira usage metrics and product metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Jira Administrator, preferably in an enterprise or complex software environment.
- Familiarity with product management concepts and practices, including gathering requirements, prioritizing features, and creating product backlogs.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
