Jis Control Coordinator

**Objective of job**Ensure the reception, processing and transmission of the client's orders through AVAS systems to the different Production Control systems, as well as the monitoring of the different processes in the systems, and manage the structural groups (and the information that contain) in Master Data**Principle activities**- Receive, process, modify, register and transmit the JIS (and special) orders received by our clients, in addition to the information related to them.- Prepare or process, in AVAS system, the Customer's Delivery/Credit Notes for Series and Pre-Series.- Manage TSL / Delivery/Credit Notes processes in AVAS system.- Manage the orders filed in the different systems.- Coordinate the production of orders with the areas involved.- Plan the JIS assembly of the production as well as the dispatch of orders.- Manually process the loading of structures such as Pre-Series, Service Parts and Training in the system.- Maintain and provide accurate, complete and timely information to the other areas according to their competence and requirements.- Act as an information interface between the different Departments and Plants.- Manage and plan the delivery of Pre-Series and Special Events.- Act as a communication interface with the external Clients**Job requirements**Industrial Engineering and/or specialized knowledge in Logistics**¡Intégrate a nuestro equipo de trabajo y aplica ahora!
